I am only like 4w1d & I am a nervous wreck. I don’t have many symptoms but I am nauseous and my back aches... but I also constantly feel “wet” down there, like as if I’m going to start my period. I don’t know if this is normal or what. I’m just scared to death every time I go to the bathroom. I just want to stop worrying but I know that won’t happen...

so I keep taking pregnancy tests, and they don’t seem to be getting darker but staying the same. Is that a good sign or no?
