Should infertility treatments be more affordable?
From my understanding, many infertility treatments are quite costly and it takes many tries to conceive if that couple or woman can.
For example: the average cost of ivf is $12k. Many people require more than one cycle of ivf to conceive. That cost doesn’t include all of the medications they will need as well. So the number quickly increases.
So should these procedures be more affordable for those who are having trouble conceiving on their own? Or do you believe the costs should remain the same?
