I currently have really bad nipple pain as well as lower back pain. Also this morning I’ve noticed brown stringy discharge, but I don’t start my period for about a week or so. I’m kind of concerned. (The discharge only happened once this morning)

Could be a baby, could be your period. You could take an early response test in a few days. Theres not much we can really honestly tell you. That sort of thing can happen from any number of things

How many dpo are you? Many pregnancy and AF symptoms are very similar - even ones you may not have experienced before - thus, best not to symptom spot, and instead test with FMU if AF is a no-show when you expect her. But the brown discharge (which is just old blood) can possibly be due to implantation.
