Getting pregnant after a chemical pregnancy

Hey ladies. So my husband and I have been TTC number two for 16 months now. I got a positive pregnancy test on Christmas morning and the day after. On the 28th I had an appointment to have my blood drawn to check my levels and started bleeding. Blood results showed HCG and progesterone were too low to support pregnancy and they told me it was a very early miscarriage or chemical pregnancy. Bleeding stopped three days later. My question is has anyone gotten pregnant again immediately after a miscarriage or chemical pregnancy? Needing some positive stories. Thanks ladies!!!
