Big Pain tolerant bump on side of labia

I’m due for a c-section today and I notice or better yet, felt, while showering last night what feels like a swollen big hard bump with other bumps on it on my outer labia.... tried squeezing it I know it wasn’t a good idea but I freaked... I can’t see how it looks due to my humongous stomach so I’m a bit concerned... prior to feeling it whenever I’d wipe I’d feel like a light burning sensation, I figured it was due to wiping hard on it? it doesn’t burn hurt or itch it’s just soar from me squeezing it but now I’m scared because they have to place a catheter and I have this “bump” down there 😩 I’m so embarrassed
