Is this U/S normal for 5 weeks 5 days?

I’ve been so worried about everything I really need to get off of google 😩 first I was worried about an ectopic pregnancy now I’m worried about a blighted ovum.. ughhhh doctor said everything looked good for where I am at and my HCG levels are terrific but I’m so worried. I wish I didn’t find out as early as I did. Scheduled to go back in two weeks

Well that looks like a yolk sac so definitely not a ectopic. I didn’t even seen this at my 5 weeks. Congratulations! Try not to worry so much, I know it’s hard but it does get better!!
