What’s going on?

Sorry in advance (TMI)

So this morning when I wiped it was a light pink/peachy color, I put a panty liner to keep track of the color during the day. A few hours later a had a a spot the same color (about the same size as a ping pong ball). I have been a little crampy still today with mild lower back pain. Now I’m having loose stools. I’m 37+4 . Anyone else with the same symptoms? Is it normal or am I just looking for signs of going into labor? Lol my other 2 kids were born at 38 weeks if that helps any.
