Opinions on crying it out
Support or not? When to start? Having lots of sleep issues w my almost 5 month old. I think he’s going through a regression and idk if anything will help or if it’s something I just have to get through. Tonight I tried and he cried so much he threw up. Probably gagged on mucous. I felt so bad and I’m rethinking my decision or if it’s too early for him to cry it out
