super freaking out

I’m extremely late for my period, about 5 days now and I’m freaking out. my boyfriend and I have had sex unprotected sex but he’s pulled out every time and I’ve taken a pregnancy test that came back negative. my periods are usually irregular anyways, but usually not like this. I don’t really know what to do because I can’t go to the doctor because my parents don’t even know I’ve had sex
