Ovulation Pain & CM

Can you have ovulation pain AFTER you ovulate? I've had it for a few days, but more intense today. I also had watery cm today. I assumed it would turn to EWCM soon (as it usually does), but even though the pain is stronger, my cm seems to be drying up. Did I already ovulate then, and just have pain still? And no ewcm? This is very confusing.

We bd today just incase, but I'm not sure how successful it was (normally theres a lot from my husband (tmi), but not this time). Wondering if we need to again tonight, or if we missed our window.
