Brown discharge with smell and sometime mixed with red blood

Please help! I have been having this type of discharge since my last period ended. My next period shall start in a week but this has been coming out accompanied by a little blood sometime. It was a bit painful when i had sex at some point. I don’t know exactly what it is.
