excruciating pain

I was having sex with my husband when I started to have excruciating pain. It was so bad I had to stop having sex and now I can’t move without being in pain. I’m late on my period but with negative tests. I don’t usually get cramps when I’m about to get it. Anyone have any idea what it could be? I wanna go to urgent care but not if it’s nothing. Thank you!
