Sleep Regression?

Anyones LO's going through, or have gone through a sleep Regression? 
My sweet Elliott generally goes to sleep around 830, but lately she wakes up anywhere from 2-5 and is awake and hyper! How long does this stage last for :( 
Any advice, it throws her whole schedule off for the day?

YES! My 21.5 month girl is sleeping fairly well at night... sometimes waking up once around 3 but normally goes back to sleep on her own. But her nap has been a struggle!! It seems like she is now needing 6 hours after waking up in the morning before she can fall asleep. If I put her in there earlier she just plays around forever! It can take 2 hours for her to go to sleep or sometimes she doesn't at all and she is a nightmare!! Hard to know the best thing to do. Today I let her sleep in until she woke at 9 am (I had been trying to get her up earlier bc I thought it would help her nap) and put her down for nap later than normal and she fell asleep at 2:50. Idk if this is a new thing or just temporary!!

My little one was sleeping fine til last month she’s currently 22months. She now will only fall asleep after 10pm and wakes up 2-3 times 😰 she only takes one nap a day about 2 hours

I’m guessing there has to be a regression because my daughter is doing the same or waking up to cry. She only naps for Max an hour and a half during the day

My son will be 2 in March and I’m not sure if its a stage he’s going through or not, but he use to love his sleep. Now he decided that he can climb out of his crib and refuse nap, he is good with bedtime, thank goodness. But nap time is a struggle, he needs the naps he is tired he just won’t lay down and nap. Hopefully it will pass soon. 🤞🏼

What does nap time look like during the day? We had to shorten our sons naps and put him down a half hour later because it took him forever to fall asleep then he'd be up several times in the night.
