Ectopic pregnancy?

So. Maybe I’m just nervous. But I’m 7 weeks and fearing an ectopic pregnancy. I haven’t had any implantation bleeding and on my lower right area there’s a discomfort. Not painful or anything but on my right side pelvic area it feels weird. Everyone and again I feel it throughout but it’s mainly on my right side.

I had the same thing around 7 weeks. 
I spoke to the doctor and he said if the pain comes and goes it's fine but if the pain increases and stays consistent and very painful then to come back to see him and they would do a scan to check. 
So hopefully everything is alright 😊

I had the same pain from about 6-12 weeks. I thought it was ectopic too. It was never an excruciating pain, just like a pinching sensation that would come and go... usually on days when I was up or moving around a lot. It eventually went away and now I’m 21 weeks with healthy twin boys!

I had an ectopic and had pretty persistent cramping on my right side for a few days leading up to me rupturing. If there is a niggling pain or you are uncomfortable go and check it out. I had to have emergency surgery to remove my right Fallopian tube and nearly died. 
I’m sure everything is fine but any repetitive pain/cramps should be checked out. I wish I hadn’t ignored them.

I had an ectopic in November.  I was a little over 6 weeks when I went to the hospital.  The day before I went I literally cramped so bad.  Nothing helped.  I tried everything. It was a constant cramping feeling for at least 12 hours. I also had pain in my shoulder, which I thought was from the way I slept.  Also had blood work done and my hcg wasn’t rising properly.  (I had got my results from second draw the day I went to hospital. I only went to hospital because the dr told me “Your hcg isn’t doubling.  I can’t even say your pregnant anymore.  Come and let us do more bloodwork”).
