HELP! Vfl at night but negative the next morning?

Last night I had a VFL but it was definitely there. It was an FRER. I took one this morning (and this afternoon) and I can’t tell if there’s something there or just an indent. Either way definitely not like last nights.

Anyone else had this happen? What was the outcome?

I’m so paranoid because I have a chemical last month and a MC in August and I can not take any more heartbreak.
