This is positive right?

I took one pregnancy test an hour after the other. The blue lines look a little faded too. 
Is it positive? If so what tips do you all have for pregnancy? And when should I go to an obgyn? My husband and I have no clue about this kind of stuff. I’m also on Zoloft. Would I have to stop taking it if I’m pregnant?

Looks positive. Go out and start taking prenatal vitamins. Try to get one that is high in folic acid, if you can stomach the pills go for the gummies and take extra folic acid on the side if need be. 
First step is to get into your doctor and confirm the pregnancy with blood work and possible ultrasound. You can ask them then about medications and they will refer you to an OBGYN. They won’t see you until about 6-8 weeks and then it’s a paperwork appointment and possible dating ultrasound. After that the first real appointment will be at around 10- 12 weeks depending on the first appointment and your pregnancy. It’s then where they will try to get the heartbeat and it goes on from there.

I would not take the Zoloft personally and I would try to go to a midwife! But congrats!! My midwife wouldn’t see me until after the first trimester unless I really wanted too as up until 10 weeks you cant really hear heartbeat.
