Conceive after D&C

I had my D&C October 2017 . Is it safe to try and conceive again ? I have been having unprotected sex with my SO since but it seems like I can’t even get pregnant anymore .... I was able to get pregnant with pressed but seems like my body just can’t get pregnant naturally on its own 😞
