Love should be stressful?

lk 🇨🇦🇺🇲 • Take a risk: be kind.

I just saw this on Facebook from a girl who regularly posts things like this.

Leaving aside the term "wifey", which I despise, do you think this is true? Should communication in a relationship be as difficult and stressful as it sounds? Something about this is really rubbing me the wrong way. Aside from a few extremely rare occasions, my husband and I communicate just fine. We're able to talk things through, listen to each other, and resolve issues without arguments and unnecessary angst and stress. We're not constantly getting on each other's nerves either. We get along quite well 99.9% of the time, honestly. This makes it sound like getting along is a bad thing.

What do you think? Do you think a willingness to fight and argue is a sign of a healthy relationship? Does it mean someone is "down" for the relationship? Should a relationship be as difficult as this sounds? Is getting on someone's last nerve the sign of a healthy relationship? I don't like this!! Tell me what you think.
