I'm 40 and honestly we can't afford <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>. We stopped trying almost 2yrs ago as it was taking a toll on my marriage. Recently we've decided to try a natural approach. I'm looking into Natural Fertility, I'm curious if anyone has any success with this approach. I'm changing my diet to follow the fertlity diet, and I'm starting a prenatal. Doctor's just started unexplained fertility, also endometriosis which was causing the blockage.

This site looks promising. But I'm curious if anyone here has done like a cleanse to help start naturally to conceive.
