Please please help. Am I miscarrying?

I have had positive pregnancy tests for over a week now. I am 4 weeks 5 days today. Last night I woke up with a bit of blood when I peed and then starting getting unbearable cramps. So bad I was hurled over in pain. The bleeding was red and continued. Never got as heavy as a period but was not as light as spotting. After about 3 or 4 hours the cramping got much more bearable. Now half a day later and the bleeding is still not enough to fill a pad in 2 or 3 hours but enough that I can see it when I go pee. And the cramps are still there but much more bearable. Could this of been a super quick miscarriage or am I just having some form of early pregnancy bleeding??? Can’t go see a doc until Monday 😫😫😫
