What in the heavens is this

4.5 months post partum. Had ONE day of unprotected sex yesterday (we were out of condoms and im not on bc bcuz i have had a bad reaction to each one ive had so they said try again in 3 months). Im desperately trying to NOT be pregnant but i feel like this is ovulation :/
