Have you installed your car seat yet?

I already have a convertible car seat installed for my toddler and don’t want to lose more back seat space but I also want to be prepared.

Nope. It won’t be put in until I hit 36 weeks. No reason to chance it being in a crash and needing replaced.

Im having a scheduled c section at 36 weeks so I'll probably procrastinate until the night before 😂

We're going to put the base in the car soon and wait to put the actual seat in until I go into labor. I'm 30+5 currently.

We got an infant seat. I was thinking we would install it around 36wks, or at least practice installing it / read manual. We will just keep the car seat base in his car. And keep the actual seat in the house with our hospital bag until we go into labor. I don’t want to risk an accident

Hah, My husband will probably put ours in when he comes to pick me and baby up from hospital.

Last time my husband installed it after my daughter was born but before we left the hospital.  No need to lose the space or risk being in an accident before you need to.

Yes, but only bc I have a one year old who is using it right now (just ordered him another one).

Nope I got the base and car seat but as its isofix it will click straight in so we are holding it of to the day I go into labour. X

Not yet I’m not worried about a crash or anything it’s more so, so my 4 year old doesn’t play with it back there with her or spill juice or something on it

No. I have a convertible one for my toddler as well. It's all cleaned and put together in the closet. We will just toss it in the trunk on the way and my husband will install it after birth but before leaving. It takes less then 5 minutes once you have had to move car seats around a bunch 😂
