Safe acne treatments during pregnancy

Please recommend me safe acne treatmeants during pregnancy for combination skin 
Im breaking out soooo baaad

I read several articles from reputable health websites that say definitely avoid retinoids, but beta hydroxy acid (salicylic acid) and benzoyl peroxide at 2% or less is thought to be likely safe and not strong enough to harm baby.

This soap. I had the most painful acne on my face and back and shoulders. It’s not 💯 clear but it’s pretty close just using this soap when I shower. It drys me out too much if I use it daily.

Aveeno face wash is the bomb

Anything over the counter is safe. My doctor told me the amount of any of the chemicals in them wouldn’t be able to permeate your skin and make it to the baby. She even told me to crush up some aspirin and put it into my face wash to help clear things up, if I wanted (and I did and it worked great)
