Sharp nipple pain
So I tired breastfeeding but my daughter is tongue tied and even nipple shields were hurting so I went to formula and and now pumping. Only been a official mom for 5 days now but last night I didnt pump and today I've pumped three times (2 ounces twice and now very little) but ivr been getting out of nowhere sharp pains in my nipples and my breasts are super warm to the touch unless I'm currently pumping. What could it be?
