I’m a little worried I went to the er a few days ago because I was having really bad cramps and had a vaginal ultrasound apparently they didn’t hear the heartbeat but I’m only 5 weeks and 3 days now and my OB said I’m cramping like this because this is my first pregnancy so my uterus stretching is hurting a little more so the cramps are normal I’m just having anxiety over not hearting a heartbeat yet cause all my apps say at 5 weeks it could be visible but my next ultrasound is going to be Wednesday. I’m just looking for some reassurance
