Has anyone had it ?

Yesterday I went to the hospital ( I’m 36 weeks pregnant ) I was having 3-4 contractions an hour - severe pain in my vagina - I literally thought I was going into labor. Turns out it was just Braxton Hicks and I was not giving birth. I’ve never had Braxton hicks like that before ( this is my second child ) . Since then it feels as if my back has been blown out. I am limping as it has affected the left side the worst.

I keep having little contractions throughout the day and my tummy is in a lot of pain.

Is labor near ??? Anyone expirence somthing similar ?? My back feels broken :(
