Is it okay to smoke weed while on birth control?

I’ve been on birth control for a few months and I’ve been smoking everyday. I don’t take it for anything. I just smoke for fun but I’m too scared to ask the doc at planned parenthood my paranoid ass thinks she might call the cops or something. 
What do you guys think? So far nothing bad has happened, I’m just a little worried.

I'm on birth control and smoke almost every day. my mom is a nurse and knows this, my doctor does as well, it's completely fine unless you have some other condition that affects one or both of them

They will tell you not to smoke cigarettes, cigars, weed, or anything else because it can thin your blood out a little and for some people that can be dangerous. If you don’t have problems with blood clotting or bleeding then it shouldn’t matter.
