My four month old goes to my MIL house every Saturday and to my mom’s every Sunday while my husband and I work.

These past few weeks I have been noticing that every Saturday it is a mission to get her to fall asleep. She will usually finally go to sleep for up to 6 hours after another bottle even when she isn’t due for one or crying or making her feeding cues. This is making me think she isn’t getting enough to eat.

I always try my best to remember to ask my MIL when I pick up the baby how much she ate that day but sometimes I forget being tired and just wanting to get the baby and go. There is always family there wanting to see the baby and making faces when I try to leave but that’s a different issue.

So try and keep better track of how much she’s eating while with them I was taking of taping a little post it to the top of her formula can so they can easily track her bottles, how many ounces and the time.

Would this be to much? My MIL is kind of old school and isn’t the best with technology. Plus sometimes my SIL is the one that feeds the baby and no one ever knows what times she ate 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m so exhausted today after helping my mom clean out my grandmother’s apartment yesterday that I just wanted to come home and sleep but of course that was impossible. 😒
