Cleaning rag and baby!

So I had a used cleaning rag laying on out tv stand after I had cleaned it a few days ago (I totally forgot about it) I used mrs Meyers all purpose cleaner on it. My LO was in his jumper and he can now move it around the living room. I looked away for a minute and looked back and he had the rag and was chewing on it. I panicked and grabbed it off of him and he seems fine it’s been a few hours but I’m still a little worried. Has this happened to anyone before? Should I call someone? He probably only had it for a minute tops but probably only about 30 seconds honestly.
