My baby’s due date was Jan 14th 2019 but my baby decided to come on dec 21st 2018. On that day I had a doctors appointment at 9:30 the doctor checked me everything was good baby’s heart rate was good and I wasn’t dilated at all. After my appointment I went to work, I am a preschool teacher and it was my last day of work before starting my maternity leave. So from 10am to 4pm I was fine and it was another day at work. Get home around 6:30 and me and my husband go to dinner at chili’s. We get there and get seated and eat. After I eat I start to not feel good and go to the bathroom and go #1 only. I walk slowly out of the bathroom because of really bad back pain. I drive home and the pain starts to  get worse. Finally home and have to go to the bathroom. After going #2, I wipe and there goes the mucus plug. I get in the shower to ease the pain but the pain gets worse. Get out of the shower and my husband is like call the advice nurse and tell them what is going on. During this process of calling and talking to someone contractions get worse to the point were I can barely talk to the lady. The nurse finally says go ahead and come to the ED. I live  30 mins from the hospital and let me tell you that was the longest drive of my life. Long story short finally get to ED and upstairs to a room and get checked baby girl was ready to go and I was fully dilated at 9:40 at night. At 9:50pm on December 21st 2018 my second baby baby girl Harper was ready to come into this crazy world. She was born at 36 weeks and 4 days weighing in at 7lbs 13oz
