Probably about 3 weeks ago I got a friction burn to go down in the books. I had never had it before so after freaking out. I talked to my sister, RN, my best friend and step mom, LPNs, and realized it was just a nasty friction burn. Now the friction burn its self is mostly healed up but I’m left with bumps that kind of favor pimples. They’re just skin color and really don’t bother me. They seem to be getting better day by day. So am I just healing or is this something else?
