Co parent,

My friend wants to know if he can go to court for co parenting. And what he needs to do. He stays in Louisiana. Idk what to do because i never been in that situation before. But his BM won’t let him see his kids sometimes and he have to go to her house if he wanna spend time. Which is unfair because he’s stable & got a job, own apartment. No criminal record. She’s just one of those type Bm that stay wanting money from him and he will go broke just to make sure the kids straight and she won’t even let him get the kids.
