Could it be related?

I’m trying to conceive. Little TMI

In April last year I saw doctors and a specialist and was told that I have early endometriosis and was told to fall as fast as I could then go straight on birth control and stop my period right away. My last period was in October and it was 12 days late it’s now 64 days late I’ve been cramping really bad on and off and when ever I need to go to the bathroom for number 2 I get the worst cramps and this horrible lightning strike like pains up from my ass to my stomach and the pains like a 9.9 out of 10. I’m not sure if it’s related to my endo or if it could be something else all together I’ve been trying for 10 months now and already have a daughter and I’m 21.
