Any advice on what to use and what to do about this diaper rash? I’ve been using balmex and desitin and it hasn’t got any better

It’s starting to get worse and not better. Went to his first appointment and they didn’t say anything about it

Let baby lay naked as much as you can..
Corn starch.

Oh gosh! Let baby air dry. Try baby powder and aquaphor

Calmoseptine works like a charm! You can get it at Walgreens or Cvs. My son gets diaper rash frequently and this clears it up.

When my daughter was red, a neighbor recommended Aquaphor Baby. I tried it and absolutely loved it. It took a couple days for the redness to go away. And now I use just a little on each diaper change as a preventative. It’s a wonderful product.

Vaseline, my mom swore by it so I put it on my daughter everytime we change her & she's never had a diaper rash. Plus it keeps poop from sticking to her bottom, makes cleaning her up easier. Also once a day leave their diaper off for a bit, air dry, it's good to let their bits have some fresh air.

dont use wipes. only water and let baby go without a diaper for as long as possible. keep the area dry and dont put lotion or anything on it. maybe give baby a breastmilk bath, then pat dry and leave diaper off for as long as possible

Leave the diaper off for an hour. Also use diaper rash cream mixed with Vaseline it works like a charm. You can also do baking soda baths. Instead of regular baths.

And use corn starch I live for it works wonders . You don’t think it might be irritation from the diaper 
Maybe try changing a little more frequent !
