Is this real 🙏🏽

I’m 38 and been trying to get pregnant for the past 18 years. 1st ectopic was in 2010 with my ex and 2016 with my husband I had a ectopic pregnancy that ruptured & could had took my life. Two miscarriages ! October of last year that’s when my husband and I started our IVF journey. So many emotions, had to get a myomectomy to remove 18 fibroids and a huge complication with surgery causing a lower bowel resection and removal of my appendix. And a heart catheterization to check the levels in my heart because I lost so much blood on top of a blood transfusion. Thanksgiving this year had a polyp removed & a fibroid. On top of having two c section cuts due to ectopic pregnancy and myomectomy. I never imagine that I would have to go through so much to have a chance to be pregnant to become a mother. Being a mother is something I always wanted. My 1st egg retrieval was a nightmare, retrieved 10 and 9 was abnormal with PGS testing. One came up inconclusive. Re tested that 1 came up normal . 2nd retrieval 18 eggs and only 1 was normal with PGS testing. My husband has a 16 year old son from a previous relationship. We been married two two years in April . I’m praying 🙏🏽 desperately we become blessed 👶🏽 I don’t have many embryos to work with . Just one left ! I’m praying it sticks ❤️
