I feel bad for you ladies with the pee standings up men. I know it’s thought to be pretty normal since guys have the package for it... but honestly...
There’s SO MUCH less mess when the guy sits, it’s silent, he doesn’t have to lift a dirty seat, it’s more comfortable for him (especially when at home), and did I mention... NO MESS... 
The only reason my man stands to pee is if he has to use a urinal, is peeing outside (camping etc), or if it’s a public nasty toilet.

My husband was wearing sandals and went to pee. He felt all the splashes hit his feet that he never knew were there before. 🤢 From then on he started sitting. 
It's so nice that I'll never fall into a toilet or sit in pee. We can clean the toilet less often too. And around the toilet. 👍

My SO always has this discussion with my younger brother because my brother brought up the fact he sits to pee. I find it odd but his reasoning is pretty legit, he still lives at home with my parents and he always says he does it in respect for my mom. I grew up with 4 brothers and I can remember a countless times where my mom would complain that cleaning behind the toilet was disgusting. Also, I complain whenever my SO brother visits us for the simple fact that I've almost "fell" in the toilet because the toilet seat was up.

Stands. In all honesty I'd be pretty weirded out if he sat. I had an ex bf who only sat to pee and it just turned me off of him.
