38 and 5 had a stretch and sweep done Thursday had my show right after and continued to loose my plug for 3 straight days. Walking, tea drinking, pineapple eating, yoga you name it. I was 3 centimeters dialated and my OB said she could stretch me further. All I’ve gotten now are strong BH occasional period pains and a seriously aching back. I have another visit tomorrow.
