Dealing with discomfort
Many of us are feeling uncomfortable day and night. So far , i have found a few things that help:
-taking my pre natal viatamin before my day gets started helps with nausea
-sleeping on my side with a good sized comfy pillow between my knees/thighs helps me get to sleep faster and stay asleep
- t shirt bras are a life saver ( still gives me the shape and support i need w.o. the discomfort of an under wire bra
-reducing amount of spicy food helps with indegestion and heart burn
- bacon is my friend for some reason ( especially in the a.m. when i have to eat " a meal" with my viatamin...but dont have an appetite")
Future ideas/ needs: i need to get a good bath pillow.
