Help, Miscarriage or something else??

So I spotted pink a couple of days ago and I just checked my undies and they had red spotting blood in them also I felt my stomach where the baby might be feel like it moved down or was pushing down. Is that a sign of miscarriage? I’m only 7 wks n freaking out a lil bit. Help?

If you have bright red blood you should definitely be seen. Theres noway of feel the baby that early though.. the bleeding is definitely concerning.

The baby is tiny at this point. But if you are bleeding or spotting you should see your doctor
