Panicking ..😞

So from the moment I found out I was pregnant around 5 weeks.. I have been super sick.. no throwing up just nauseous.. for the past 2 days, I haven’t been sick at all.. went on google & it states that can be one of the early signs of miscarriage 😩 my next appointment isn’t until the 29th of January.. what do you ladies suggest??
