Sign of labor?
I've had period like cramps for a couple of days on and off but they have increased in intensity this morning with no break. I'm 39+3 and was not dilated at all two days ago. I also have an urge for a bm. Could this be a sign of early labor? Or are these normal symptoms that occur long before labor? FTM here and not exactly sure what to expect.
