Leg pains
So two weeks ago I managed to roll BOTH of my ankles. My ankles have already looked like they swallowed a softball. The past week i haven't been able to sleep because i wake up with severe pain in my legs. I can't stretch out the pain. Does anyone else have this? How do you handle it?
