Can feel kicks on outside but not inside?

Question

33 weeks...partner can feel the kicks/movements when touching belly but I can’t feel them on inside! Is this normal??
Sometimes I can see the movements too but again not always feel them

I get this sometimes. I feel like baby isn’t moving but I rest my arm on my bump and she’s rolling around like crazy. It’s weird but I assume she’s moving behind the placenta which is why I can’t feel it on the inside.

I’d say it’s normal. I’m 38w3d now and there was a day last week I didn’t feel him much. I was at my OB appt and they decided to do a BPP and the ultrasound tech was watching him and he was tapping is foot and I was watching it, but couldn’t feel it at all. Sometimes it just depends  on their position 🤷🏻‍♀️
