Chest and shoulder pain during my cycle.

Hi all. I have been experiencing pain in my right shoulder that radiates down my arm, along with shortness of breath, every period since 2012 with no one being able to explain what's happening to me. For the last two months the pain switched to my chest and I also experience difficulty breathing. Unable to lie back for sit up or even walk without pain and have to sleep propped up on tons of pillows. I have been to the Dr several time and have had a EKG test done. Was told I am not at risk for a heart disease and they could find nothing wrong with me. Feels like I'm alone in this and the strange thing Is that it only happens with I have my period. It is now getting worse with severe chest pain and the last not last longer. Please help!
