Quick help!

It's me and my SO 4 year anniversary today. He just left the house, and I need to think of something anything to do for him. He knows I have nothing for him because I've been sick the last few days but does anyone know what I can possibly do or make for him? He took the only vehicle we have so leaving isnt an option and I'm on my period so dressing up in lingerie isnt an option. 😭 TIA!!!
