Sore lady bits

Hi ladies, FTM currently 40+3 (absolutely no signs of labour anytime soon ...) however the outside/ front of my vagina, where my public hair is is extremely sore. It feels bruised, like I’ve been kicked there or something! Not sore inside, just feels tender and bruised to touch.

Has anyone else had this? Thanks!
