Anyone else excited to start this new year getting in shape- I definitely am!
I’m a new, first time, busy, stay at home mom and have such little time and motivation😬 to work out. But I want to so, so badly! Anyone else?
I’m starting this new workout that’s only 20 minutes a day!!!! 6 days a week for 6 weeks. I’m so excited. I definitely don’t have lots of time on my hands, so this is going to be great.
Anyone else in a similar boat?!
