Healthy grocery shopping

I’m looking to start grocery shopping for low carb foods/healthier meals to cook and make. I want to lose weight or at least start eating healthy... I’m not the best at cooking since I was never taught growing up, but I’m trying to learn so my son and I can have healthy meals and snacks during the day and make a healthy yummy dinner for when my man gets home. Any recommendations on meals or certain foods would be great! I’ve see some people whip up a bunch of nutritious food and add it all into a “bowl”. Like peppers, cheese, guac, beans, rice. Stuff like that is what I’m wanting to get into if it’s good for you. Any healthy diets that worked for you you’re welcome to share! ☺️✨
