Am i miscarrying??? What should i do?

I am 8 weeks 4 days pregnant - Friday was diagnosed with flu b and strep- main problem has been throwing up- went to Er yesterday for fluids and anti nausea.... today haven’t thrown up but I’m in excruciating pain with rolling abdominal cramps- feel very similar to labor pains but much shorter and spread apart- i can’t move or do anything when the cramp hits, i curl into a ball and hold my breath.... is this the flu or is this baby???? What should i do?
