Pain in lower right abdomen

Okay so I have pain in my lower right abdomen Everytime I cough. I’ve also had cramps for the past few days. It’s weird because my period doesn’t start until the 26th. I have my appendix removed so it can’t be that. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone too? Because I really can’t afford a doctors appointment at the moment. So lmk what you guys think.
